While the details are uncertain, it is said the Beatles were still touring at the time.<\/p>\n<p>A student of piano at Toronto\u2019s acclaimed jazz school Humber College, he entered the music industry, literally overnight.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Beginning with a phone call on a cold February afternoon. By the end of the conversation, Jeff was heading to Las Vegas to join the successful Kokomo Beach Band, a Beach Boys Tribute, where his love for 60\u2019s pop and his sweet falsetto would fit like a glove. Touring the US and Canada, the highlight of the trip would be a series of shows on the Vegas Strip, including The Sands, Aladdin, and Circus Circus.<\/p>\n<p>It was at the Aladdin where folks first noticed Jeff\u2019s resemblance to Buddy Holly and a segment was worked into the show. \u201cMost impersonators dream of making it to Vegas\u201d Jeff says, \u201cI started there!!\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Jeff\u2019s energy in the role led to high profile opportunities with the Las Vegas production \u201cLegends in Concert\u201d performing in Atlantic City, Myrtle Beach, Miami, and Chicago. He would eventually see Mexico, Australia and travel as far as Hong Kong.<\/p>\n<p>Since then Jeff has juggled his career as a singer\/songwriter with his work as a free lance musician. He has shared the stage with such personalities as Sha Na Na\u2019s Bowser, the Crystals (\u201cDa Doo Ron Ron\u201c), Joey Dee (\u201cPeppermint Twist\u201d) \u2018Diamond\u2019 Dave Sommerville (\u201cLittle Darlin\u2019\u201d \u201cThe Stroll\u201d) and the \u201cDuke of Earl\u201d himself, Gene Chandler.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>He\u2019s toured with recording artists Zo\u00eb Bentley and Trey Mills and added guitar to Nicole Holness\u2019 hit single \u201cEPIC\u201d. More recently he has shared the stage with award winning fiddle player, Linsey Beckett and 1983\/84 CCMA Female Vocalist of the Year, Marie Bottrell.<\/p>\n<p>However his favourite moment would have to be playing Farfisa organ for the legendary Sam the Sham as he performed the rock and roll classic \u201cWoolly Bully\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>\u2026Although being called onstage to sing with the Beach Boys in 2013 is a close second\u2026!<\/p>\n<p>His 2006 original release \u201c\u2026Like Super Man on Krypton\u201d, is an \u201ceclectic\u2026collection of shimmering, catchy folk\/pop tunes\u201d.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>2010 saw the release of \u201cThree Seasons Drive\u201d which digs even deeper into the roots tradition. \u201cI wondered what the Beatles would have sounded like if they grew up in the American midwest!\u201d<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>In 2013, Jeff introduced the LIVERPOOL SESSIONS, a note perfect tribute to the Beatles music and a celebration of 50 years of FAB LP\u2019s. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Striving for authenticity, the group mirrored the Beatles growth with additions of Strings and Horns to accurately recreate the studio years.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>The band is notable for having performed EVERY song in the Beatles catalogue.<\/p>\n<p>Spin-offs of the SESSIONS include SHOUT!
